Tools for Growing in Faith
We know that people are often looking for ways to study the Bible, a devotion to start your day, or ways to talk about faith with your kids. The web has many resources, but how do you sift through all of that information? This page is a growing list of tools that staff have curated for you to use at home. Check back often to find an idea for your own faith formation.
God’s Story, Our Story
This year we are working our way through 52 Bible stories in 52 weeks. The staff has chosen Bible stories that we feel are important ones for all ages to know. Faith Formation will explore these stories in class. Small groups have an opportunity to do the same. We hope these stories will work their way into your devotion time at home.
A great resource to provide background as we walk through the Bible is The Bible Project. Watch video commentaries that provide background, find studies, and even Bible reading plans here: https://thebibleproject.com/explore/
St. Paul's is learning more about FAITH5 and incorporating this easy-to-use faith practice from FaithInkubators in education, worship, meetings, etc. We hope that this practice will help families to connect with each other, young people connect with those a little older, those who are alone to connect with others, and beyond. The possibilities are endless and we're excited for the impact that this practice will have on the community. If you'd like to learn more about the steps of FAITH5, visit their website to watch videos on each step.
Out of the Depths
